Welcome to Klein House! By accessing our website or purchasing from our coffee cart, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

By using the Klein House website or purchasing from our coffee cart, you agree to this agreement. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

All products featured on Klein House are independently selected by our editors. However, we may receive compensation from retailers and/or from purchases of products through these links.

II Products and Services
- Klein House strives to provide accurate descriptions of our products and services. However, availability, pricing, and product descriptions are subject to change without notice.
- Our coffee and food items may contain allergens. Please notify us of any dietary restrictions or allergies before purchasing.

III. Payment Terms
- Payments must be made in full at the time of purchase, either online through our website or in person using our secure Point-of-Sale (POS) system.
- For in-person transactions, payments are processed exclusively through a chip or tap card reader provided by Shopify, ensuring secure and seamless payment.
- Accepted payment methods include VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
- Refunds or exchanges may be offered at Klein House’s sole discretion and in compliance with applicable laws.

IV. Liability Disclaimer
- Klein House is not liable for any injuries or damages resulting from the use of our products or services, except as required by law.
- Hot beverages may cause burns. Please handle all items with care.
- Klein House is not responsible for errors, interruptions, or malfunctions on our website or delays caused by third-party services.

VII. Third-Party Services
Klein House utilizes third-party services such as Shopify for secure payment processing and merchandising. However, we do not ship or deliver event-related services or products directly to clients. All event services, including coffee cart offerings, are curated, provided, and presented on-site by Klein House at the agreed event location.

Clients purchasing service packages or add-ons online are paying for curated services that will be executed at their event, with all specifications and payments finalized prior to the event date. Merchandising items, if applicable, may involve third-party delivery providers, for which their respective terms of service apply. Klein House assumes no responsibility for issues arising from the performance of these third-party providers.

VIII. Refund and Cancellation Policies
- All sales are final unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase. For disputes, contact Klein House.
- Klein House does not allow cancellations or refunds for event bookings or pre-orders.
- One date change is permitted, provided the request is made at least 30 days prior to the originally scheduled event date.
- Once an event booking is confirmed, Klein House allocates baristas, curates supplies, and procures necessary items, tools, equipment, employees, and perishables specifically for your event. These resources cannot be replenished or recouped if a booking is canceled.
By confirming your booking, you acknowledge and accept these terms.

IX. Changes to Terms
Klein House reserves the right to revise this agreement at any time. Continued use of our website or services signifies your acceptance of any updates.

X. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of Harris County Texas and Houston, TX Municipalities. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of this jurisdiction.
