This Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Klein House, Inc. (“Service Provider”) and the individual or company paying for mobile espresso service (“Client”) (together, “Parties”), and sets forth the terms for the services to be provided for the event identified in the confirmed booking.

1. Event Details
Client is hiring Service Provider to provide coffee beverages and related services for the event listed on the online booking form and confirmed in the Client’s booking email. Any changes to event details must be submitted directly to Service Provider at least 60 days prior to the event date and may require additional payment.

2. Menu to be Served
The Parties have agreed to the menu as provided in the booking confirmation. Service Provider reserves the right to make small changes to the menu if key ingredients are unavailable due to reasons beyond the control of the Parties.

3. Coordination with Venue
Service Provider requires access to the venue no later than 1.5 hours before the event start time, and 1.5 hour after the event end time for breakdown and load-out.

Client is responsible for making all necessary arrangements, at their expense, to provide Service Provider with this access.

Service Provider can set up outdoors only if there is no chance of rain, and the temperature is between 40°F and 90°F. Extreme weather may affect espresso machine performance.

Baristas working more than 4 consecutive hours will require a 30-minute break.

4. Payment Terms
Full payment (100%) is due immediately upon booking to confirm services and reserve the date. Payment may be made by credit card, Apple Pay, or via Google Pay (payable to and for Klein House, Inc.) online at https://kleinhousecoffee.com/ domains, or via Shopify POS services for in-person transactions. 

If the estimated guest count increases, a new cost will be calculated. Client must provide a final guest no later than 60 days prior to the event.

Late payments over 90 days past due will incur a 5% weekly late fee on the total outstanding balance.

5. Related Costs & Requirements
Client is responsible for all venue-related costs, including permissions, permits, and authorizations.

Client must provide 1 dedicated 120v outlet/15 amp, per espresso machine, within 50 ft of setup. Service Provider will provide extension cables and multi-sockets.

Without adequate power, espresso service cannot be provided, and no refund will be issued.

6. Insurance
Service Provider maintains general liability insurance for services provided at the event.

7. Indemnification
Client will indemnify and reimburse Service Provider for any damage, theft, or loss of Service Provider’s property caused by the negligence of Client’s guests, staff, or vendors.

8. Cancellation & Rescheduling
30+ days before event — 50% of payment refunded.

Less than 30 days — No refund.

Rescheduling is free with at least 30 days’ notice, pending Service Provider’s availability, prior to event. 

Priority Reservations must be booked in full at least 60 days before the reserved date and are non-refundable.

9. Legal Compliance
Service Provider will comply with all applicable health and safety regulations related to food and beverage service.

10. Limitation of Remedies
If Service Provider is unable to fulfill services due to circumstances beyond its control, Service Provider may—with Client’s consent—arrange a replacement provider at no additional cost or issue a full refund. No additional damages or compensation will be provided.

11. Dispute Resolution
Parties agree to first attempt amicable resolution before pursuing legal action.

No negative public postings may be made by either party without providing written notice and opportunity to resolve the matter.

12. Jurisdiction & Venue
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any legal proceedings must be filed in Harris County, Texas.

13. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Parties and supersedes any prior agreements or communications.
